Forgot your BurjHost client area password? Don't worry—resetting it is quick and easy.

For Client Area Password (Billing & Account Management):

  1. Go to the BurjHost Client Area login page.

  2. Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your BurjHost account.

  4. Click "Submit."

  5. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a message from us. It will contain a password reset link.

  6. Click the link (valid for a limited time) and enter your new password.

  7. Confirm the new password and save.

  8. Log in with your email and new password.

For cPanel Password (Hosting Control Panel):

If you need to reset your cPanel password (the one you use to manage files, databases, email, etc.):

Method 1: From Client Area (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your BurjHost Client Area.

  2. Go to "Services" > "My Services."

  3. Click on your hosting plan.

  4. Look for a button like "Change Password" or "cPanel Password."

  5. Enter a new strong password and save. This will update your cPanel password instantly.

Method 2: From cPanel Login Page

  1. Go to your cPanel login URL (yourdomain.com/cpanel).

  2. Click the "Reset Password" or "Forgot Password" link (if available).

  3. Follow the prompts to reset via email (this requires access to your main account email).

Password Security Tips:

  • Use a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

  • Use a password manager to store complex passwords.
