Moving your website from another host can be stressful. That's why BurjHost offers free website migration for most new accounts!

What is Included?
Our expert migration team will move:

• All website files (HTML, PHP, images, etc.).

• Databases (MySQL, etc.).

• Email accounts and email data (from most major hosts).

What is NOT Included?

• Domain transfers (we can help with this separately).

• Very large sites (over 30GB) may require special arrangements.

• Custom server configurations (e.g., manually installed software).

How to Request Migration:

1. Purchase a new BurjHost hosting plan.

2. Open a Support Ticket:

   • Go to the Client Area > "Support" > "Open New Ticket."

   • Select the "Technical Support" department.

   • In the subject, write: "Free Migration Request."

3. Provide Details:

   • Your old hosting account's cPanel login URL, username, and password.

   • OR your FTP details and phpMyAdmin access.

   • List the domains you want migrated.

4. Sit Back and Relax:

   • Our team will start the migration and notify you when it's complete. We'll test everything to ensure it works.

5. Point Your Domain:

   • Once the migration is confirmed, update your domain's nameservers to BurjHost to make the switch official.

Important: Do not cancel your old hosting account until the migration is complete and you have confirmed everything works on BurjHost.
