For complex technical issues or account-specific questions, opening a support ticket is the best way to get help. Tickets ensure your issue is tracked and handled by the right team.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your BurjHost Client Area.

  2. Navigate to "Support" > "Open New Ticket."

  3. Select the Relevant Department:

    • Technical Support: For website issues, email problems, server errors, etc.

    • Billing/Sales: For invoices, payments, plan upgrades, and pre-sales questions.

    • Domain Support: For domain transfers, DNS issues, and domain management.

  4. Select the Related Service:

    • Choose the specific hosting account or domain this ticket relates to. This helps us diagnose the issue faster.

  5. Enter a Subject:

    • Be clear and concise (e.g., "Website loading slowly," "Cannot send emails," "Invoice payment question").

  6. Describe the Issue:

    • Provide as much detail as possible:

      • What exactly is happening?

      • When did it start?

      • What have you already tried to fix it?

      • Include any error messages (screenshots are helpful!).

  7. Attach Files (Optional):

    • You can attach screenshots or log files to help us understand the issue.

  8. Click "Submit."

You will receive an email confirmation with a ticket number. You can check the status of your ticket anytime under "Support" > "My Tickets."
