When to Upgrade:

Your site is loading slowly.

You are receiving "resource limit reached" warnings.

You need more disk space or bandwidth.

You want to host additional websites.

You need advanced features like SSH or dedicated IP.
How to Upgrade:

Log in to your BurjHost Client Area.

Go to "Services" > "My Services."

Click on the hosting account you want to upgrade.

Look for the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button (usually in the "Management Actions" section).

Select your new plan:

You can upgrade within the same category (e.g., Basic Shared to Premium Shared).

Or move to a different category (e.g., Shared to VPS).

The system will calculate the pro-rated price difference—you only pay for the upgrade cost for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Complete the checkout process (if there is a charge).
What Happens Next?

In-category upgrades: Usually instant. Your account resources are updated without any downtime.
