Backup Policy Overview:

Frequency: Backups are created every 24 hours.

Retention: We typically retain backups for the last 7 to 30 days (depending on your specific plan). Check your plan details for exact retention periods.

What is Backed Up: Your entire account, including website files, databases, and email data.
How to Restore from Backup:
You have two options:
Option 1: Self-Service Restore via cPanel

Log in to cPanel.

Go to "Backup" or "Backup Wizard."

Look for the "Restore" section. You may be able to select a backup date (if available).

Follow the prompts to restore files or databases.
Option 2: Request Restore via Support

Open a support ticket (see Article 105).

Specify that you need a restore from a daily backup.

Provide the date you want to restore from (if known) and what needs restoring (files, database, or full account).

Our team will handle the restore for you.
Important User Responsibility:
While we provide daily backups, they are primarily for disaster recovery. Always keep your own off-site backups (download copies to your computer or cloud storage) for maximum safety.
