Configuring your BurjHost email in Microsoft Outlook allows you to manage your emails offline and use the powerful Outlook interface. We recommend using IMAP settings so your emails stay synchronized across all your devices.
Step 1: Gather Your Settings
You will need the following information:

Email Address: Your full email (e.g.,
info@yourdomain.com). -
Password: The password for that email account.

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
mail.yourdomain.com -
IMAP Port:
993(Encryption: SSL/TLS) -
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com -
SMTP Port:
465(Encryption: SSL/TLS) or587(Encryption: STARTTLS) -
Authentication: Yes / Password required
Step 2: Add Account in Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook.

Go to File > Add Account.

Choose "Manual setup or additional server types" and click Next.

Select "POP or IMAP" and click Next.

Enter Your Information:

Your Name: Your display name.

Email Address: Your full email address.

Account Type: Select IMAP.

Incoming mail server:
mail.yourdomain.com -
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com -
User Name: Your full email address.

Password: Your email password.

Click "More Settings" > "Outgoing Server" tab.

Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."

Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server."

Go to the "Advanced" tab:

Incoming server (IMAP):
993-> Encryption: SSL/TLS -
Outgoing server (SMTP):
465-> Encryption: SSL/TLS (or587with STARTTLS)

Click OK > Next > Finish.
Outlook will now test the connection and download your emails.
