You can send and receive emails from your BurjHost professional address directly inside your Gmail interface. This is perfect if you love Gmail but want a custom email address.

Part 1: Add Your Account to Gmail (Receive Mail via POP)

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.

  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) > "See all settings."

  3. Go to the "Accounts and Import" tab.

  4. In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click "Add a mail account."

  5. Enter your full BurjHost email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) and click Next.

  6. Select "Import emails from my other account (POP3)" and click Next.

  7. Enter the Settings:

    • Username: Your full email address.

    • Password: Your email password.

    • POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 995

    • Check "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail."

    • Choose your options (leave a copy on server, etc.).

  8. Click "Add Account."

Part 2: Send Mail As Your BurjHost Address

  1. After adding, Gmail will ask if you want to send mail as this address. Click "Yes."

  2. Enter the Settings:

    • Name: Enter the name you want recipients to see.

    • Treat as an alias: Check this.

    • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 465

    • Username: Your full email address.

    • Password: Your email password.

    • Check "Secured connection using SSL" .

  3. Click "Add Account."

  4. You will receive a confirmation code at your BurjHost email. Check your BurjHost webmail for this code and enter it in Gmail.

Now you can send and receive your professional email right from Gmail!
