How to Check:

Log in to your cPanel.

In the "Metrics" or "Logs" section, look for an icon named "Resource Usage" (may also be called "CPU and Concurrent Connection Usage").

Click on it to view detailed graphs showing:

CPU Usage: How much processing power your site is using.

Physical Memory (RAM): How much memory your site consumes.

If you consistently hit your plan's limits (e.g., CPU maxes out frequently), your site may load slowly. It might be time to optimize your site or consider upgrading to a VPS plan.
You can also check Disk Usage in cPanel by clicking on "Disk Usage" under the Files section to see what files are taking up the most space.
