Regular backups are your safety net. If something goes wrong (hack, broken update, accidental deletion), you can restore your site to a working state. BurjHost performs server-level backups, but it is always wise to keep your own off-site copies.
How to Create a Manual Backup in cPanel:

Log in to your cPanel.

In the "Files" section, click on "Backup" or "Backup Wizard."

Click on "Backup" (or "Full Backup" in the Wizard).

Configure the Backup:

Backup Destination: Select "Home Directory" .

Email Address: Enter your email to get notified when it's ready.

Click "Generate Backup."

cPanel will create a compressed file of your entire account.

Once complete, go back to File Manager ->
public_html(or thebackupfolder) to find the file. Right-click and Download it to your computer.
Pro Tip: For critical sites, consider using the cPanel "Backup" feature once a month and keep a local copy on your hard drive.
