"Addon Domain" is the term cPanel uses to host completely different websites (with different domain names) under a single hosting account.

How to Add an Addon Domain:

  1. Ensure DNS Points Here: Before adding the domain, make sure its nameservers are pointed to BurjHost, or that its A record points to your server IP.

  2. Log in to your cPanel.

  3. In the "Domains" section, click on "Addon Domains."

  4. Fill in the Fields:

    • New Domain Name: Enter the full domain (e.g., mysecondsite.com).

    • Subdomain/FTP Username: This auto-fills based on the domain. Leave it as is.

    • Document Root: Set the folder where this new site's files will live (e.g., public_html/mysecondsite). This keeps files organized.

  5. Click "Add Domain."

Now you can upload files for mysecondsite.com into that specific folder, and it will function as an independent website.
