Parking a domain (creating a "Domain Alias") is used when you own multiple domain names (like mywebsite.net and mywebsite.org) but want them all to show the exact same website as your main domain.
How to Park a Domain (Create an Alias):

Log in to your cPanel.

In the "Domains" section, click on "Aliases" (in some cPanel versions, it may still be called "Parked Domains").

Enter the Domain: Type the domain you want to park (e.g.,
myoldbrand.com) into the field. -
Click "Add."
Result:
If a visitor types myoldbrand.com, they will see the exact same website as myprimarydomain.com without any redirects or changes. The parked domain acts as an alternative entrance to your main site.
