Knowing your renewal date helps you budget and ensures you don't accidentally let your site expire.
How to Check Your Renewal Date:

Log in to the BurjHost Client Area.

Go to "Services" > "My Services" .

You will see a list of your active products.

Look at the "Next Due Date" column. This shows the exact date your next invoice will be generated and when your current term ends.
Automatic Renewal Timeline:

Invoice Generation: BurjHost generates the renewal invoice approximately 14 days before the due date.

Auto-Renew Attempt: If auto-renew is enabled, we attempt to charge your saved method on the due date.

Grace Period: If payment fails, your service usually enters a "Suspended" state after the due date, but we keep your files for a limited grace period (often 7-14 days) to give you time to pay.
