How to Request Cancellation:

Log in to the BurjHost Client Area.

Go to "Services" > "My Services" .

Click on the service you want to cancel.

Navigate to the "Cancellation Request" tab.

Choose the type of cancellation:

Immediate Cancellation: We terminate the service right away. (Check our refund policy eligibility).

End of Billing Cycle: The service remains active until your current paid period ends, then cancels. This is the safest option to avoid immediate data loss.

Provide feedback (optional) and enter your password to confirm.

Click "Request Cancellation" .
You will receive a confirmation email once the request is processed.
