If you find you have purchased a plan that is larger than you need, you can downgrade to a more affordable option.
How to Downgrade:

Log in to the BurjHost Client Area.

Go to "Services" > "My Services" .

Click on the hosting account you wish to modify.

Click the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button.

Select a lower-tier plan (e.g., from VPS back to Shared Hosting).

Important Consideration: Before downgrading, ensure the new plan has enough resources (disk space, inodes) to support your current website. For example, you cannot downgrade to a 5GB plan if you currently use 10GB of data.

Confirm the change. Downgrades usually take effect immediately, and you may receive credit toward your next renewal.
Note: Downgrades are generally processed at the end of your current billing cycle to avoid complicated refunds, unless you request an immediate change.
